2. Bidders can quote Lot wise for the entire quantity tendered in particular lot.

3. Tender submission is to be accompanied by 5 % Bid guarantee which is to be furnished in physical form to MMTC before closure of tender i.e on 24.07.2018 (1500 Hrs IST). Bidders can also submit bid guarantee in the form of Funds transfer to MMTC account prior to tender closing whereas the bank account details are in the Tender.

4. Technical documents of Tender is to be submitted in the physical mode only before closing on 24.07.2018 (1500hrs IST) in the tender box kept in New Delhi office.

5. The Price bid must be submitted in Electronic mode (E-Tender) only before stipulated closing time , i.e. on 24.07.2018 (1500hrs IST).

6. Bid submitted is to be kept valid uptil 04.08.2018.

7. No deviations from the tender terms are acceptable.

8. Shipment period. Should be shipped before 21^st August, 2018.
