HLL Lifecare Limited (A Government of India Enterprise), acting as a “Procurement Agency “ on behalf of “Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India” had invited a Global Tender for Procurement of 50,000 MT imported oxygen Purity(Assay) not less than 99.5%v/v in 20 MT ISO containers to be delivered at various storage locations across India in staggered delivery schedule for subsequent distribution to various hospitals for medical use.

A pre-bid meeting for prospective bidders was held today at 15:00 hrs (IST).

Now the interested companies need not bid for the global tender issued earlier on 16.04.2021.

Pursuant to this meeting,  in view of the emergency of requirement and paucity of time, HLL has now requested the interested companies to submit their quotations for Supply of Imported Liquid Medical Oxygen of minimum 99.5% purity as per the attached Request For Quotation (RFQ) Form. The companies can specify the quantity, timeline etc. in the format provided in the RFQ.

The Price should be offered on (CIF/CIP) basis (As per incoterms 2020).

However, if the companies have any constraints (eg. in terms of availability of ISO containers), they can specify the constraints, quantity, delivery period as also the price on FOB or other preferred basis. 

The prospective bidders may be asked to submit their quotations by/before 11 am ( IST) of 21.04.2021 (tomorrow).
