29 Indian Bicycle, electric cycle & ancillary manufacturing companies led by ‘United Cycle & Parts Manufacturers Association, India’ are in Shanghai to participate in ‘The 21st China International Bicycle & Motor Fair’ and ‘2011 China International Motor & Parts Fair’ commonly known as ‘China Cycle 2011’ from 04-07 May 2011. Many Indian companies at the China Cycle 2011 are regular participants and some of them have established Representative Offices in Shanghai & other cities in East china to do the business with Chinese companies. ‘China Cycle’ is one of the most important fairs worldwide in the cycle sector. China Cycle 2011 has 1200 exhibitors with 5300 booths occupying 120000 sq. mtrs. of exhibition space. 16 countries including India are participating in the international zone & visitors from around 90 countries are expected to attend the fair. An India Pavilion under the aegis of EEPC, India has attracted a lot of attention at the fair from both Chinese & overseas customers.
