Indian Food Festival commences in Suqian at the Hengli Hotel 

Consulate General of India in Shanghai along with Suqian Municipal People’s Government jointly organized an Indian Food Festival at the Hengli Hotel in Suqian on 24 May 2017

The Indian Food Festival was organized as part of the India Week celebrations, and jointly inaugurated by Consul General Prakash Gupta along with Suqian city leadership.  

A large number of Indian delicacies were put on the main buffet of the Hengli Hotel for Suqian Food lovers by two Indian chefs, who had been deployed in Suqian for the India Week celebrations.  

It is expected that the Indian Food Section will be on display at the Hengli Hotel for a week, and will offer some of the best selection of Indian food to Suqian residents.

The Indian Food Festival in Suqian was organized as part of the India Week Celebrations which included an Indian Arts Exhibition, Bollywood Dance performance, Business Forum and an Indian Film Festival.
