Pure Yoga Studio, Shanghai organized free Yoga sessions on the occasion of International Day of Yoga at their Huaihai Road branch. The free sessions comprised Asans, Pranayama, Baptiste Power Vinyasa, Restorative with Crystal Bowls, Philosophy, Mantras, Meditation etc. the objective of these sessions was to provide an opportunity to the participants to feel their inner peace through yoga and showcase a way to a healthy body and mind.

Famous Chinese model Ms Ding Ning was the brand ambassador for the event and she also participated in the sessions organized at Pure Yoga on June 21.

Pure Yoga has nearly 200 certified yoga teachers and offers a variety of Yoga styles such as Ashtanga Yoga, Detox Flow, Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Universal Yoga, Upside Down and Yin Yang, etc.The event was open to general public and saw an enthusiastic participation by more than 120 persons from Shanghai.
