Suzhou based textile machinery manufacturing subsidiary of Indian company LMW participated with an impressive pavilion showcasing prototype machines in the Shanghaitex 2011 show from 14 to 17 June 2011.11 other Indian companies namely DFU Publications, Harish Enterprises, Kuesters Calico Machinery Ltd., Laxmi Ring Travellers ( Coimbtore) Ltd, Perfect Equipments Pvt. Ltd., Premier Evolvics Pvt. Ltd., Textile Ecelence, Textile Times, The Stitch Times, Unitop-Acquacare and Vetal Textiles & Electronics Pvt. Ltd.  also participated in the show.

Shanghaiex 2011 is a textile machinery show promoted by Shanghai sub-council of CCPIT in which 1000 exhibitors from 23 countries participated occupying 92000 sq.mtr. of exhibition space.
