The Consulate General of India organized an India-China (Wuxi) Business Cooperation Seminar in Wuxi on 23rd April 2013 in collaboration with the Wuxi Municipal Government and the China Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT)-Wuxi. Mr. Huang Qin, Executive Vice Mayor of Wuxi was the chief guest at Seminar and delivered the keynote address. The business seminar attracted participation of a large number of companies from Wuxi from a cross-section of industry including manufacturing, auto components, renewable energy and machinery making. In addition to presentations on investment opportunities in India; two companies one Indian and one Chinese shared their experience of operating in China and India respectively. The seminar was followed by visits to two local companies in Wuxi.
