Indian Council for World Affairs (ICWA) & Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on September 6, 2013. The delegation from ICWA led Amb. Rajiv K. Bhatia, Director General of ICWA also held talks with SIIS President Chen Dongxiao and discussed about Sino-Indian relations and regional situation. Prof. Zhao Gancheng, Director of the Center for Asian-Pacific Studies, Dr. Ye Qing, Assistant President & Director of the Center for West Asian & African Studies, Prof. Cai Penghong, senior research fellow of the Center for Asian-Pacific Studies, Dr. Shao Yuqun, Executive Director of the Center for American Studies, Dr. Long Jing, Deputy Director of Department of Research Management and International Exchanges, Dr. Wang Weihua, Assistant Director of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies, Dr. Liu Zongyi from the Center for Asian-Pacific Studies also attended the meeting.
