An 11 member delegation of CEOs from the PHD Chamber of Commerce led by Dr Mahesh Gupta, President, PHD Chamber of Commerce and CMD, Kent RO Systems Ltd. visited Shanghai from 8-9 August and called on Consul General at Consulate premises on 8thAugust afternoon. During the interaction at the Consulate the CEOs delegation was briefed on the ongoing bilateral economic and commercial exchanges between India and Eastern China. They were also apprised of investment plans by leading Chinese companies from the Eastern China region in sectors like Renewable Energy, Smart Cities, Urban Infrastructure and Engineering Goods. As a follow up to the meeting, it has been proposed that PHD Chamber would consider participating at the upcoming Renewable Energy Summit to be organized in Wuxi in November. The delegation members also interacted with the President of Jianhua Construction Materials Group to explore opportunities for business collaboration in the Construction/Real Estate sector.
